1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayMFL Scout ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

PlayMFL Scout is an analytics and scouting platform for Metaverse Football League (MFL). We provide tools for player analysis, market tracking, squad management, and related services. The Service aggregates publicly available data from the MFL ecosystem.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Elite) with different features and pricing. Details are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• Refunds for unused portions of subscriptions are provided at our discretion
• No refunds for partial months or annual subscriptions

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of price changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful code, malware, or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data in a way that exceeds normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to spam or harass others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PlayMFL Scout and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our permission.

Player data and market information displayed on the Service is sourced from the public MFL API and belongs to the respective rights holders.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The data provided is accurate, complete, or current

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PlayMFL Scout, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PlayMFL Scout, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account from the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayMFL Scout operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
